The documents required for applying for the Axis Bank Vistara Infinite Credit Card are

  • A copy of Form 60 or PAN card,
  • A copy of your income proof. This could be your Form 16 or latest pay slips or IT Returns,
  • A copy of your residence proof. This could be your driving license/electricity bill/passport/ration card/telephone bill.
